LOCAL DELIVERIES (up to 30 miles from our site) : All deliveries will be booked in for a delivery day. Currently our average turnaround for deliveries is 3 – 7 days however this can vary depending on your location or items ordered.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DELIVERIES ARE KIRBSIDE DELIVERY ONLY! FOR ANY ITEMS OVER 20KG WE WILL REQUIRE A PERSON TO HELP RECIEVE AND OFFLOAD THE DELIVERY VEHICLE.

NON LOCAL DELIVERIES : (30+ miles from our site) : For National Delivery this web site will calculate DELIVERY RATES BASED UPON YOUR POSTCODE

You should receive most items within your order within 14 working days of ordering however due to minimum collection quantities currently imposed by our couriers we are only able to dispatch every 14 days. Due to further restrictions currently imposed by our curriers this could be longer. Please let us know if your order is urgent.

STOCK : Most items are stock however there are still some items that are made specially to order so we recommend emailing or calling our office ahead of placing any orders as our website does not update stock levels. This could delay any deliveries or collections. Anything made to order is ESTIMATED to be on an 2 – 3 week turnaround. Larger orders may take longer.

Please note that online prices may differ from in store / over the phone prices. We will not be able to honour online prices if you order over the phone or in store.
